About Us
Functioning as a creative studio and gift shop, Bloom is the place to go for a relaxing shopping, painting, or crafting experience. Stop by for local artwork, Lake Superior-inspired clothing, handmade jewelry, paint kits, fun gifts, and snacks.
Pop in and Paint at Bloom! Just bring yourselves. We will set you up with everything you need to paint your choice of design using your favorite colors! Check our events tab or Facebook for information, reservations, and to sign up for additional art classes.
Winter Hours:
Jan 1 & 2: 12PM - 4 PM
Jan Fridays Nights: 6pm for Paint n Sip
Saturdays: 11 AM - 4 PM
- Note: Friday night sessions require advanced sign-ups. If there are no reservations by 5:00 PM, the studio/shop will close for the evening—so be sure to book your spot early!

As I travel, I enjoy finding unique artists and works of art with which to purchase. I found something at Bloom that helped me fulfill a desire to have something from the Apostle Islands. That they were willing to mail what I ordered (I willingly paid) was great. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful.

Wanted an indoor family activity to do while we were vacationing in Bayfield, and I'm so glad we found this little gem! Five of us signed up (ages ranging from 15 to 60+), and we all had a great time! It only took 2 hours, we enjoyed beverages while we painted, and we left with 5 amazing paintings to remind us of our time in Bayfield. Soren took good care of us, and we really liked that Bloom is a familyl-run business!
It looks beautiful in my bedroom. The blues match my bedspread. Others like it too.
